Returns Policy

Our returns policy entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it. You have the right to open the package and check the contents, but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging, price labels, and other accompanying items shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. This includes odors such as smoke, perfume, and body odor, as well as pet hairs. If the item(s) have been tampered with, the items will be returned to the customer instead of a refund. We do not accept returns from outside the EU due to customs charges.

As the customer, you must first accept the original delivery. If you do not, and the parcel is returned to us, a fee of 200 SEK will be charged upon your refund. The customer is responsible for a returned product until it reaches us. Send the package tracked so that it can be traced. The easiest and cheapest way to purchase return shipping is through this link here.

Please ensure that you send the return parcel to the correct address, which is the one stated above. All returns sent to other addresses will not be delivered or picked up. The deliveries are delivered to a postal box that is cleared 1-2 times a week. All faulty returns will not be cleared by us.

Once your return is accepted or denied, you will receive notification via email.

Refunded payments may take up to 14 days to be processed, depending on your bank and payment type. If you do not receive your refund within 14 days, please contact us.

Note: All shipping/return costs are to be paid by the customer. Shipping costs will not be refunded once the return is fulfilled.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us at store@haiendo-shop.com. Products may only be exchanged for other products on our website. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
